Consider carpooling and a group collection for the Service Project. Contact your County Council President or FCS agent for forms and additional information.

Registration for the annual meeting is $25 per person. Please include a signed TAFCE Consent Release Form for each person in attendance.
The Voting Delegate Credential Form is to be completed and sent with the registration form and one check from your county treasurer.
Craft booth applications has been extended to August 15 and rental is $10 per booth.
The deadline for registration is August 15, 2025 to the TAFCE Central Region Treasurer, Barbara Brackett.

SERVICE PROJECT for 2025 TO BE ANNOUNCED

Service Project Form - Action taken in 2024 by County

Please report only one activity within your local clubs per county to share at Annual Meeting.

(This is a continuation of our statewide service project "Food Security" and can include Blessing Bags, Food Bank participation, Meals prepared and delivered by club/church/other to the needy, random acts of kindness, other.)

Set up for the sales booths will begin at 7:30 am in the lobby of the main Academic building and must be completed by 8:30am. Register your cultural arts and fashion review items beginning at 8AM- 9:30am. Registration for the meeting begins at 8:30- 9:45. Voting delegates should be in their seats at 9:45 am. The meeting will begin at 10 AM. Everyone should bring their lanyard from previous meeting.

So make your plans and get your registration into your County Treasurer so she can get it to Region Treasurer, by August 15. I am so excited to see everyone at Annual Meeting and I hope you will be there with lots of members from your county.
